All international orders (except original paintings and sculptures) are shipped first class mail, to make it affordable for you. It is impossible for me to track those packages once they leave the United States borders. I am not responsible for the mail system in your country.
If you would like your package insured at extra cost, please let me know prior to making your purchase and I will adjust the price for you.
